The opening ceremony of ASG Business Center was held on Oct. 16th, 2002 with the presence of HE Mr. Dinh Xuan Luu, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Poland, Secretary of State at the Prime Minister Chancellery professor Tadeusz Iwiński representing Polish President Aleksander Kwaśniewski, representatives from Polish government and local officials, representatives from Ministry of Trade led by the Deputy Minister Mr. Phan The Rue, representatives from Committee for Overseas Vietnamese led by Vice Chairman Mr. Le Tien Ba, representatives from Nam Đinh Province led by Vice Chairman Mr. Le The Khanh, representatives from Vietnam Television, representatives from highly developed economic regions in Vietnam and representatives from Vietnamese companies in Poland and other countries.
